HEALTH & WELLNESS CHALLENGE 

2025 New Year's Challenge: 1/6/25 - 2/24/25

New Year, New Goals! What a better way than to begin it together all striving to be the best versions of ourselves.

From 1/6/25-2/24/25 we will spend 8 weeks logging in miles, prioritizing strength training and self care. We will meet on Mondays at Chubb Park or the Columbia Trail at 9am. 

You will be asked to incorporate strength training into your routine at least 2 days a week. Also, new this year you will be asked to focus on self care, such as mindful/healthy eating choices, adequate hydration, rolling/massaging muscles, warm baths, resting when needed, listening to inspirational podcasts or reading them.

We will continue to log our miles and also indicate how many strength days we do with an * asterisk symbol. For the self care component you will use a  + plus symbol as you are adding things to your life that help to keep you in a positive state of mind. â€‹FYI-if you plan to run a race in March I can help create a training plan for you! Otherwise if you want to run an end of April or May race we can train for it together during our March spring session! (message me for customized plans and pricing)
